Learn More About Our Pastor Nolan
Dr. James E. Nolan graduated in Theology on May 12, 1978 from Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College in San Dimas, CA at age 29. He went on to pursue his doctorate in Theology after working in the ministry for 25 years. He received his doctorate in Theology in April 2004 from the Salt Lake Baptist College in Salt Lake, UT.
Pastor Nolan and his wife, Carol, have been married for 50 years. They have a daughter and two sons and 21 grandchildren. He humbly acknowledges that God has blessed him with a faithful wife of 50 years who has been assisting him to serve the Lord in truth and sincerity.
He has served in full-time Christian service for 39 years. He founded the Bible Baptist Church of Cathedral City in June, 1997, when the members grew in numbers to over 100 strong.
Dr. James E. Nolan served as a college instructor for Theology students and taught:

Pastor Nolan volunteered to be a chaplain at the Calipatria State Prison and Eisenhower Hospital in Rancho Mirage, CA. The integral part of his ministry is marriage and anger management counseling and rehabilitation for addiction. Pastor Nolan reaches out to people and delivers God’s wonderful message of grace, mercy, love, hope, healing, and forgiveness.
